## About

Markus Stauffenberg coaches leaders on how to actually get their ideas built. As the co-founder of Experience One and Aseus, he helps technical teams navigate organizational change and communication.

Markus argues that great technology dies without a good story. He teaches a universal framework for pitching innovation to CEOs, breaking down the storytelling mechanics needed to secure executive buy-in. He also advocates for using authentic developer experiences to completely rethink tech hiring strategies.

Alongside his advisory work, he regularly mentors startup teams and university students.
