## About

Max Kless builds developer tools at Nx and Polygraph. He focuses on how software engineering is changing as AI agents become part of the everyday workflow.

Rather than focusing on the local loop, he looks at how teams can actually scale agentic development. He makes the case for the "meta-harness"—an abstraction layer that solves repository boundaries and trust issues when deploying AI across an organization.

When he is away from the keyboard, Max spends his time traveling, reading sci-fi, and listening to music.
