## About

Maximilian Jesch helps developers build agentic AI at IBM. He serves as an Outbound Product Manager and technical lead for IBM Bob, focusing on the watsonx ecosystem.

Max spends his time writing open-source code and teaching teams how to modernize legacy systems. In his talk on Building with Bob, he gave a demo-driven look at how AI coding assistants can refactor older codebases in Java, RPG, and COBOL.
