## About

May Walter builds infrastructure for AI coding agents as the co-founder and CTO of Hud. She creates runtime sensors that feed production realities back to agents, keeping automated development safe in live software environments.

Before Hud, she was the founding CTO at Santa and CTO at Bond. Her work dissects the operational side of agent-driven systems, exploring the feedback loops—like traces, error budgets, and customer signals—that prevent drift when code outpaces its human owners. She also spends time mentoring emerging engineering leaders.
