Mia Neethling helps engineering teams secure their applications without killing productivity. At Aikido Security, where she is a Founding Account Executive, she focuses on building smoother ways to integrate security directly into the software development lifecycle.

She works to save developers from digging through endless alerts. Her talks cover how to filter out false positives, combine different scanners, and automate remediation workflows.

Outside of software security, you can find her managing her own false positives—her dog barking at invisible threats.
