# Michael Kagan
Architecting million-GPU AI factories as the CTO of NVIDIA.

## About

Michael Kagan architects the hardware and software that power massive-scale AI factories at NVIDIA. Serving as CTO, he treats the entire data center as a single unit of computing—a shift that began after the company acquired Mellanox Technologies, which he co-founded.

He started his career at Intel, working on early math co-processors and managing the Pentium MMX design team. Today, he focuses on building systems that scale toward million-GPU environments, advocating for networking as the critical nervous system behind modern AI.
