## About

Michał Moroz builds reliable software and modernizes legacy systems as the Chief Innovation Officer and co-founder of Makimo. He has spent the last 15 years coding and untangling messy applications.

He focuses on restoring clear responsibility boundaries in frontend development. He speaks about how mixed programming styles degrade codebases—and how teams can salvage them whether in times of peace or emergency. 

Beyond tech, he is an accomplished public speaker who won a national Toastmasters contest in Poland. When he steps away from the keyboard, Michał spends his time exploring philosophy.
