## About

Mike Kaufmann leads Xpirit Germany as its founder and CEO. As a Microsoft MVP and Regional Director, he focuses on how artificial intelligence is changing software delivery.

He works on agentic DevOps systems that move beyond static pipelines. His work explores how tools like GitHub Copilot and Azure Monitor can diagnose failing builds, coordinate infrastructure updates, and deploy cloud environments autonomously. He pushes teams to rethink automation and prepare for AI teammates in their CI/CD workflows.
