## About

Mina Saidze works on big data and artificial intelligence for high-tech startups and corporations. She founded Inclusive Tech, a consulting organization advocating for diversity and ethical AI practices across Europe.

Her work explores the practical reality of building responsible AI systems, rather than just the theory. In 2023, she published *FairTech*, a book tackling these exact challenges.
