Mrinalini Sugosh helps developers build better content creation tools at CKSource. She focuses on the mechanics of collaborative rich text editing and integrating AI assistants into daily writing workflows.

Her work explores how teams use large language models and real-time syncing to change how they write together. She spends her time making these advanced features easier to integrate across different development frameworks.

A UC Berkeley graduate, she has been coding since she programmed her TI-84 calculator at age 14. Recently, she built a custom motion detector just to track her dog's sleep.
