Nico Enking improves developer workflows and architecture at Finanz Informatik. As a Developer Experience Engineer, he focuses on streamlining process landscapes and adopting lean technology stacks across the frontend and backend.

Since 2018, he has tackled the challenge of modernizing enterprise systems under strict regulatory constraints. His talks often break down how to build highly scalable, React-based design systems that serve millions of Sparkasse banking customers.
