## About

Niklas Wiesauer runs 1000things, a Vienna-based media company dedicated to helping people figure out what to do with their free time. Between publishing books, running social platforms, and offering agency services, his team focuses heavily on reinventing how we work.

At 1000things, Niklas treats company culture as a continuous experiment. He speaks openly about the realities of remote work and unlimited vacation, breaking down both the successes and missteps of building a modern workplace.

When he isn't mapping out new workplace strategies, he teaches at the University of Applied Sciences in Vienna.
