# Noga Mann

## About

Noga Mann builds tools that help designers and developers actually understand each other. As an engineering manager at Figma, she works on Dev Mode to strip away the friction that happens when ideas move into execution.

She focuses on creating better collaboration practices between disciplines that often use entirely different tools and languages. Beyond her day job, Noga is the founder of QueenB, a non-profit connecting university students with teenage girls to teach them how to code.
