## About

Øivind Heggland builds Industrial IoT solutions that keep land-based fish farms running. As CTO at Aquateknikk, he connects industrial hardware with edge computing, replacing fragile setups with resilient systems using Node-RED and MQTT.

Beyond writing code, Øivind acts as an agile coach to build psychological safety within engineering teams. He focuses on the human side of product development, helping management and developers actually understand each other.

He openly shares the messy reality of deploying industrial systems at scale—challenges, workarounds, and the daily quirks of feeding thousands of fish.
