Olga Diachkova studies how developers actually work. As a Senior UX Researcher at Docker, she spends her time figuring out the daily realities of software engineering, mapping shifts in tooling, culture, and emerging tech.

For the past three years, she has helped drive Docker's industry-wide survey, capturing insights from thousands of developers. Her research breaks down how containerization, AI tools, and shift-left security are actively changing the way applications get built. She focuses on hard data over hype to show where the industry is genuinely heading.
