Olha Pyvko brings an engineering mindset to Agile delivery. She scales Scrum and LeSS practices for distributed teams, focusing on workflows that prevent developer burnout. Before moving into delivery coordination, she worked across the product lifecycle—from tech writing to product ownership.

Her work emphasizes sustainable routines over strict methodologies. She teaches teams how to borrow from the Swedish concept of Lagom to find the exact right amount of process, eliminating chaos without adding rigid rules.

Originally from Ukraine, Olha is now based in Sweden.
