## About

Oliver Krizek guides large organizations through digital transformation and automation. He founded NAVAX in the 1990s and grew it from an early startup into an international group with over 330 employees.

He focuses on practical AI adoption and the actual work required to modernize legacy operations. His recent talks jump straight into what it truly takes to make a complex enterprise AI-ready.

When he is not running his company, he is a father of three who skis, golfs, and competes in triathlons.
