## About

Oskar Kruschitz builds software platforms for regulated environments like industrial automation, IoT, and cybersecurity. Currently the Head of Product at Advanced Engineering, he started his career writing code before moving into architecture and organizational leadership.

He believes security and product decisions are inseparable from team dynamics. Drawing from his own management background, Oskar focuses on why software quality relies on strong leadership rather than new tooling. He regularly unpacks how common anti-patterns like micromanagement and unrealistic planning silently damage both codebases and engineering teams.
