## About

Osmar Matos designs and builds interfaces for AI Site Reliability Engineering agents at Hyground. A designer by degree and frontend developer by trade, he previously coded financial infrastructure for stablecoins before shifting his focus to AI tooling.

His work centers on giving human operators control over autonomous systems. Osmar breaks down the interface patterns needed during high-stakes incidents, exploring how to surface an agent's reasoning without burying 3am on-call engineers in text. When necessary, he steps in as a manager.
