Peter Caron leads 3T Software Labs, the team building the Studio 3T productivity platform for MongoDB. He helps global organizations scale their databases securely and efficiently while avoiding the trap of tech hype.

A major focus of his work is how development practices evolve with new tooling. He argues that typing code is rarely the primary bottleneck in software creation. Instead of using AI just to generate more output, he advocates for using augmented development to maximize system comprehension and amplify human learning.
