Pratishtha Pandey is a Product Tech Lead at Bol.com, where she builds backend systems for e-commerce. Over the last 15 years, she has architected backends for telecom, fintech, and video streaming platforms.

She cares about practical architecture over industry buzzwords. Her talks explore the real-world trade-offs of modularity, challenging the default shift to microservices in favor of strongly cohesive "moduliths." Her programming stack spans C++, Java, Kotlin, and Go.

Based in the Netherlands, Pratishtha is an active competitive coder.
