## About

Przemysław Ładyński builds tools that help complex systems communicate across different programming languages. As the CEO of Graftcode and creator of Javonet, he focuses on eliminating the need for bulky custom integration layers in multi-language platforms.

His recent work explores how to make distributed architecture easier for AI coding assistants to understand. He teaches teams to use skills-based workflows to enforce architectural constraints, keep context close to the code, and avoid generating unnecessary boilerplate.

Before focusing on developer tooling, Przemysław helped build global digital healthcare platforms that manage regulated medical data across three continents.
