## About

Rajat Shah builds machine learning infrastructure at Netflix. He creates stable systems that run recommendations, search, and payments at massive scale. His main focus is abstracting away the mess of distributed computing so developers can ship code faster.

Before Netflix, Rajat tackled infrastructure challenges at Amazon, where he earned a "Just Do It" award for moving fast. Lately, his work centers on building autonomous agents that hunt down and fix compute waste directly in live production environments. He holds a master's degree in machine learning from North Carolina State University.
