## About

Raphael Manke builds serverless applications in the AWS cloud. Working as a full-stack developer and IT consultant, he focuses heavily on infrastructure as code, specifically using the AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK).

He prefers replacing custom code with managed configurations whenever possible. In his talks, he explores how to build serverless apps without relying exclusively on AWS Lambda, opting for native alternatives like EventBridge and Step Functions.
