As a Senior Solution Engineer at Microsoft, Ricardo focuses on moving developers past basic copilots and into orchestrated, multi-agent systems. Drawing on more than a decade at the company, he guides platform teams through the practical realities of using Azure AI and Microsoft Foundry to design specialized agents that collaborate to solve real problems.
