## About

Rita M. Castro builds full-stack applications using Test-Driven Development, extreme programming, and pair programming. She started her career building standalone apps for data processing and mission planning before moving across the stack.

She focuses on creating better workflows between design and engineering. She speaks about using Atomic Design as a pattern for clean frontend architecture, helping product teams share a common language and build consistent codebases. 

Outside of work, she is a mom.
