## About

Robert Barron helps clients improve their IT operations as an SRE architect at IBM. He focuses on site reliability engineering and AIOps, preferring to help teams build problem-solving frameworks rather than just fixing the immediate issues himself.

Much of his work examines how management decisions and cultural signals shape technical outcomes. He frequently explores how normalized risk leads to system-level failures, using historical case studies like the Challenger disaster to show why reliability is ultimately a leadership responsibility.

Based in Israel, Robert fills his free time with history, space exploration, and bird photography.
