Rather than building isolated environments for every team, he focuses on unified observability platforms that scale globally without adding toil. He has guided tens of thousands of users through complex system sunsets and platform deprecations. He unpacks these practical lessons in his talks on planet-scale dashboards and the realities of enterprise migrations. In a previous life, he was a Python aficionado.
