## About

Robert Pazurek builds software and leads engineering teams at Redcare Pharmacy N.V. Throughout his twenty-year career, he has focused on helping technical systems and the teams building them evolve together.

His work centers on vertical slice architecture, extending micro frontends across Android UIs, Kotlin backends, and Python machine learning models. He builds architectures organized by business outcomes rather than technical layers, reducing coordination overhead.

Before his focus shifted entirely to tech, Robert ran a personal fitness studio. He spends his time studying how people learn, alongside his wife, two kids, and a dog.
