He leads the Trendence Institut, a talent intelligence firm where he helps organizations adapt their recruitment strategies to a shifting job market. He previously ran HR marketing for major companies like Deutsche Bahn and the engineering group Voith. Today, he focuses on how conversational job searching and AI agents are forcing HR teams to rethink their processes.
