## About

Rudi Bauer focuses on the changing dynamics between companies and their employees. As Managing Director and CCO at WeAreDevelopers, he drives the platform's international expansion and sales. He brings decades of leadership from the telecom, IT, and advertising sectors, including a previous role as Chief Evangelist for StepStone.

His discussions confront the realities of a shifting labor market. He regularly tackles how AI impacts workforce retention, the mechanics of modern recruiting, and why the future of work demands continuous reskilling rather than binary thinking.

Based in Austria, he also co-founded active concepts, an agency dedicated to team strategy and culture.
