He founded SAP Joule for Consultants, bringing generative AI to the SAP ecosystem. Currently, he focuses on making enterprise platforms work for machine users—agents that log in, call APIs, and complete complex tasks on behalf of people.

His work tackles the practical challenges of this transition, covering everything from permissions and identity to orchestration and governance.
