# Sami Ekblad
Builds web components at Vaadin and explores voice-driven development in Java.

## About

Sami Ekblad builds tools that help developers move faster. As an original team member at Vaadin, he creates web applications and reusable components designed to streamline UI workflows.

He is particularly interested in unconventional coding interfaces. He recently spoke about the future of voice-driven development, unpacking how speech recognition and AI can turn spoken natural language into deployable Java code.

When he steps away from web frameworks, Sami builds custom hardware systems for his sailing boat using MQTT as the backend.
