Samuel Agbede helps engineers build AI systems for real-world environments at Redis. With a background in applied machine learning and backend systems, he focuses on designing reliable AI agents by improving memory, state, and retrieval.

Rather than just showing demos, he cares about making AI scalable and observable in production. He frequently speaks about why context quality is the biggest hurdle for modern AI, and how a real-time memory layer keeps agents performant.

When he isn’t writing code or teaching, Samuel hosts *Stories That Shape Us*, a podcast exploring the decisions that guide people's lives and careers.
