# Sandeep S. Nair
Modernizing massive databases and leading cloud migrations at Microsoft.

## About

Sandeep S. Nair modernizes massive databases at Microsoft. He helps organizations move multi-terabyte workloads to Azure Cosmos DB and Azure DocumentDB without breaking their applications.

Instead of theory, he focuses on the actual mechanics of large-scale cloud migrations and AI-ready data platforms. His work centers on practical patterns that reduce costs and simplify operations for distributed systems.

He recently broke down the exact architecture and tooling required to migrate 47 TB of production data in under 48 hours.
