## About

Sasa Fajkovic builds developer tools and AI systems at Trade Republic. He focuses on creating workflows that make engineering teams faster, drawing on a background in fintech and platform architecture.

Instead of generic chatbots, Sasa develops autonomous virtual teammates. These team-specific AI agents handle PR reviews, incident triage, and support tickets, saving engineers hundreds of hours a week while reducing CI/CD costs.

Before his focus on developer productivity, Sasa modernized legacy systems for major European banks. He formerly taught programming to hundreds of students and writes about autonomous setups on his personal site.
