## About

Saskia Henatsch works in strategic design at E.On Global User Excellence. She focuses on making user experience a continuous thread throughout product development rather than an isolated phase.

Her work challenges the traditional design handoff. She teaches teams how to stop throwing designs over the wall and start building better tools collaboratively. Through her talks on developer-designer relationships, Saskia shows that treating UX as a handshake instead of a handoff ultimately increases velocity, product quality, and overall team happiness.
