## About

Sebastian Luxem builds technology strategies at Experience One. For over two decades, he has helped companies like Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and Bosch create web applications, product configurators, and virtual assistants.

His work centers heavily on conversational design and practical AI. Back in 2015, he teamed up with the Fraunhofer Institute to build an adaptive vehicle recommendation engine for Mercedes-Benz.

Today, his conference talks map out the actual scope of generative AI. He breaks down how businesses can progress from basic AI tools to fully autonomous systems, right up to building a digital twin.
