## About

Serge Baumberger focuses on software quality and test automation. As Co-CEO of Infometis AG, he helps teams build reliable testing strategies and better AI workflows. Alongside his engineering leadership, he teaches university courses on business technology.

He created the Quality Tree Framework, a practical model for aligning people and processes to improve software delivery. His work maps out test domains from security to ethics, helping developers build responsible AI systems. He recently published a book on the methodology with Springer Verlag.
