## About

Sergej Reznik builds digital products for e-commerce. After a decade developing front-end experiences at agencies like Commerce+ and DEPT, he co-founded Project Joker in 2021 alongside his childhood friend.

Today, he runs the agency and mentors junior developers. He focuses heavily on the real-world impact of AI coding assistants on the software lifecycle. He deals in practicalities rather than hype, exploring whether AI actually makes teams more efficient or simply helps them generate code bloat faster.
