## About

Shachar Azriel builds products that help developers move faster. Currently at Baz, they lead the creation of an AI-powered code review agent used by thousands of engineering teams daily.

Rather than sharing best-case outcomes, Shachar focuses on the gritty reality of shipping AI. They regularly break down what actually goes wrong in production—from the pitfalls of giving users too much model choice to the hidden costs of silent model updates.

Based in Israel, Shachar co-founded the local AI-Dev community to bring together people building AI tools.
