## About

Shir Meir Lador helps developers take AI workloads from code to production. She directs an Applied AI Engineering team at Google Cloud, focusing on practical ways to deploy secure models. Before Google, she managed AI teams at Intuit.

Her work frequently connects language models to enterprise data. She speaks about using open-weights models like Gemma 4 with BigQuery to solve spatial analytics problems—such as mapping the most profitable locations for new coffee stands.

Based in Tel Aviv, she co-hosts *The Agent Factory* podcast and helped found the local PyData chapter.
