## About

Simon Müller connects technical architecture with business realities. He leads engineering as the CTO of venture builder wattx, guiding digital solutions from initial concept to launch. Before this, he founded and sold a startup and built an internal digital lab for a German enterprise.

His daily work spans wildly different industries—from healthy food e-commerce platforms to IoT systems that reduce waste in industrial milling. Recently, Simon has focused on the practicalities of embedding generative AI into existing software, teaching teams how to customize large language models while keeping user data strictly private.
