# Stan Bühne

## About

Stan Bühne is the Managing Director at IREB, focusing on the upstream decisions that shape software architecture. After 15 years directing digital transformations in the telecom sector, he now helps engineering teams navigate system boundaries and unspoken constraints.

In his talks and workshops, Stan explores how developers can move beyond implementation details to master digital design. He teaches teams how to challenge weak requirements, make hidden assumptions explicit, and improve system quality without adding heavy bureaucracy.

He also serves on the board for the Bitkom Working Group for Software Engineering and Architecture.
