## About

Stefan Kühn leads data strategy and organizational development as the VP of Data & AI at air up. Rather than getting distracted by hype, his work centers on machine learning and the practical necessity of data quality. He previously spent time at Snap Inc., Zalando, and XING.

He prefers smart, resource-saving models over massive, unsustainable AI. He frequently speaks about alternative approaches, explaining how liquid neural networks can continuously adapt and learn on the job.

Outside the office, he runs data scouting for the football club FC St. Pauli.
