Stefan Ostwald builds conversational AI agents that people actually want to talk to. As a co-founder of Parloa, he bridges AI research with practical enterprise tools to fix automated customer service.

Before Parloa, he started Future of Voice, an early European voice AI agency. Today, he leads a research team focused on making automated interactions intuitive and reliable. He recently spoke about building integrated, agentic AI experiences.
