## About

Steven Mi builds machine learning systems that survive the real world. At GetYourGuide, he works on the ML and AI Platform team, helping engineers independently ship and operate reliable LLM features at scale.

He specializes in transforming natural-language discovery agents from prototypes into reliable production systems by combining reasoning and retrieval.

Based in Berlin, Steven co-organizes the local AI in Production meetup. Off the clock, he can be found exploring the city's food scene or building software tools just to avoid paying for them.
