## About

Tessel Haagen builds and evaluates intelligent systems as a data and AI consultant at Info Support. She focuses on interpretable AI, combining her background in computer science and linguistics to figure out how models reason and make decisions.

Much of her work examines how to trust large language models. She breaks down the black box of generative AI, figuring out how to explain LLM behavior and agentic workflows to make them more predictable and safe.

When she is not working on model transparency, you can find her diving into complex strategy board games or reading fantasy novels.
