Theresa Scholten is an agile coach and facilitator who helps software teams work better together. After pivoting from diplomacy and sustainability management, she found her stride bringing iterative, people-first structures to companies like ShareNow and netgo software.

She focuses on practical strategies for developer productivity and community building. In her workshops, Theresa breaks down how to carve out deep-work time for coding amidst meeting-heavy calendars, and teaches developers how to bypass awkward small talk to forge real connections.
