Thomas Kohler figures out how to hire at scale. He started out recruiting for a B2B fintech before leading talent acquisition at two different unicorns. Over six years, he helped grow those organizations from five to more than 3,000 employees across Europe.

Today, he is the founder and CEO of pplwise. He focuses on scientific recruitment—building frameworks and methodologies to solve tough hiring problems instead of relying on guesswork.
